Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the installation of gutters by KV Gutter Services It applies to labor aspects only and does not cover materials, which may be subject to separate warranties provided by manufacturers.

2. Duration: The labor warranty is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of completion of the gutter installation.

3. Coverage Conditions: The warranty is applicable only under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, misuse, negligence, or alterations made to the gutters by parties other than KV Gutter Services.

4. Exclusions: The following are excluded from this labor warranty:

   • Damage resulting from improper maintenance or cleaning of gutters.

   • Damage caused by the use of incompatible accessories or additions to the gutters.

   • Damage due to acts of vandalism or intentional destruction.

   • Any issues arising from pre-existing conditions or structures that were not addressed or disclosed at the time of installation.

5. Claims Process: In the event of a potential warranty claim, the customer must notify KV Gutter Services promptly. Upon notification, we will assess the issue and, if it falls within the scope of this warranty, undertake necessary repairs or corrections at no additional cost.

6. Voiding of Warranty: The warranty will be void if:

   • The installation has been tampered with or altered by parties other than KV Gutter Services.

   • The customer fails to follow recommended maintenance procedures for the gutters.

   • The customer fails to make payments for the services rendered by KV Gutter Services.

7. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the gutter installation service from KV Gutter Services.

8. Limitation of Liability: KV Gutter Services liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of labor associated with repairing or correcting defects covered by the warranty. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
